White Elephant Party

I'm Dreaming of a White Elephant...

It's time once again for all Southeastern Kentucky ATV Trail Rider folks to dig around their basements and attics for that "special" gift. The "White Elephant" gift exchange is back!

After careful consideration it has been determined that "It's Party Time!" The regular meeting of the Southeastern Kentucky ATV Trail Rider members will be held at David's Steak House and Buffet, December 11th, 2007 with an "all you can eat" buffet dinner to follow.

Each person is to bring a "White Elephant" gift to be exchanged, so don’t forget to bring your "elephant-toting" trailer to take what you may receive. For those who don’t have a white elephant you are willing to part with, please limit your gift to a MAXIMUM of $15. The gift should be wrapped (newspaper is nice!) and should border somewhere between the ridiculous and junk (prefer ATV Theme). I know many of last years' participants are still cherishing their treasures.

We draw numbers and the person with #1 chooses a white elephant gift from the table and opens it. The person with #2 had the choice of stealing #1's gift or opening another and so on, until all the gifts were opened. There were definitely some ridiculous gifts and we had a great time laughing about them!
